Instructions

STEP 1

  1. Make the Batter

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees celcius
    2. In a food processor or blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and pork panko. Blend until smooth.

STEP 2

  1. Bake the Rounds

    1. Spoon the mixture into 3-inch circles on the prepared cookie sheet.
    2. Bake for 20 minutes, until set and lightly golden around the edges.
    3. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely on a metal drying wrack before handling.

STEP 3

  1. Add Toppings & Serve

    1. Once cooled, top with your favorite carnivore add-ons: melted cheese, crispy bacon, a fried egg, or a smear of cream cheese.
    2. Serve warm as a hearty breakfast option or refrigerate and reheat for quick meals during the week.
