STEP 1

Make the Batter
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees celcius
- In a food processor or blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and pork panko. Blend until smooth.
STEP 2

Bake the Rounds
- Spoon the mixture into 3-inch circles on the prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until set and lightly golden around the edges.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool completely on a metal drying wrack before handling.

Add Toppings & Serve
- Once cooled, top with your favorite carnivore add-ons: melted cheese, crispy bacon, a fried egg, or a smear of cream cheese.
- Serve warm as a hearty breakfast option or refrigerate and reheat for quick meals during the week.
