Carnivore Deviled Eggs

These carnivore deviled eggs deliver the perfect balance of creamy richness and savory depth in every bite. The yolk filling is smooth, luscious, and deeply satisfying, while the egg white base offers a clean, delicate contrast. Each mouthful feels indulgent yet light — a comforting reminder of classic deviled eggs, but stripped down to their purest, most flavorful essence. Whether served warm or chilled, they melt on the tongue with a buttery finish that makes them impossible to stop at just one. Make them for that perfect snack, appetizer, or side dish.

Instructions

  1. Prepare Eggs for Boiling: Using a push pin, pierce the wide base of the egg, where the air space is located. This will allow for easier peeling of the egg once boiled.

  2. Boil eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to a gentle boil. Cook for 10 minutes, then cool in ice water before peeling.

  3. Halve and scoop: Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.

  4. Mash filling: Mash yolks with butter, bacon grease and cream until smooth and creamy. Season with salt to taste.

  5. Fill eggs: Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.

  6. Optional garnish: Top with crumbled bacon or a sprinkle of cheese. For a melty finish, briefly broil or torch the cheese until golden.

  7. Serve: Enjoy warm or chilled.
