Instructions

  1. Prepare the 3g storage containers by taking the lids off.

  2. Measure out the 1/4 tsp Magnesium Malate in each container. Great for muscle relaxation, energy metabolism, and gentle on digestion compared to citrate.

  3. Measure out the 1/8 tsp Potassium Chloride in each container. Helps balance sodium and supports nerve/muscle function.

  4. Measure out 1/2 tsp Redmond Real Salt (Sodium Chloride). Excellent sodium source with trace minerals like calcium, potassium, and magnesium.

  5. Transfer single containers into a bowl or storage jar for daily use.

Optional Additions

  • Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar (1 tsp) for taste and mild alkalinity.
  • Collagen or glycine powder (½ tsp) to add amino acid support and balance flavor.
  • Trace mineral drops if you want a broader mineral spectrum without extra sodium.
