Carnivore Breakfast Pudding

- In a pan, boil 8 large eggs until fully cooked. Once cooked, allow to cool.
- Peel eggs and add them to a blender. Blend until pureed.

- Sprinkle the gelatin on top of 1/2 cup of room temperature water and allow to bloom (3 minutes). Once bloomed, add 1/2 cup of warm water to the gelatin and mix until dissolved.
- Add salt, heavy cream, tallow and gelatin mixture and blend until smooth.
- Pour into 10 oz glass jars for single servings.

Place in the refridgerator and allow to set for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.

There’s an error in your recipe. For 15 servings, you’ll need 1 cup of water to dissolve the gelatin, and for 1 serving, you’ll also need 1 cup of water? 🤣🤣🤣
